more的词性和用法

more的词性：限定词、代词；副词。more的用法：作副词，与某些双音节或多音节的形容词、副词一起构成其比较级。例如：I think our city is more beautiful than yours。我认为我们的城市比你们的更美丽。单独作为many、much的比较级时，为形容词，表“更多……”。

more常放在数词或some，any等后面，表“更多、额外数量”,相当于形容词,其后往往省略名词。例句：There’re only two books，We’ll need one more。那儿只有两本书，我们还需要一本。

more and more用在名词前，表“越来越多”，用来修饰形容词、副词(双音节或多音节)时，表“越来越……”例句：The city is becoming more and more bustling。这个城市越来越繁盛了。More and more people come to visit Shanghai。来上海旅游的人日益增多。

the more，the better表“越来越好”，the more可放名词前。例句：The more books we have，the better we are。我们的书籍越多越好。The more friends she has，the better she is。她的朋友越多越好。
