prevent to do 还是doing

两个都可以用，但结构不一样。prevent后面用todo，构成了短语prevent to do sth／prevent sb to do sth，意思是阻止去做某事／阻止某人做某事。例如：He often prevents me to smoke.他经常阻止我抽烟。prevent后面要跟doing的话，它也构成了一个短语prevent…from doing，意思是“阻止…免受…”或者是“阻止做某事”。
